Our take on the Fossil Gen 6 FTW6078

The Fossil Gen 6 is a Wear OS smartwatch with a 1.28-inch AMOLED screen, a stainless steel case and Qualcomm's Snapdragon Wear 4100+ platform. It covers the basics well: GPS, heart rate, SpO2, sleep tracking, NFC for Google Pay and 3 ATM water resistance for swimming and showers. The catch is battery life, rated at about 24 hours and often shorter with always-on display and GPS use. At $310.99 at Newegg as of November 8, 2026, it sits at the top of its recent range; this is not a bargain price for a watch from this generation.
