Our take on the Fotodiox Freeflight Moto MkII 3-Axis Handheld Gimbal Stabilizer for GoPro HERO

The Freeflight Moto MkII is a 3-axis handheld gimbal built for GoPro HERO cameras, which mount in a GoPro frame rather than a phone clamp. It uses an aluminum and high-impact plastic body with a foam rubber grip and runs on a removable lithium-ion battery with a charger in the box. The camera is not included. At $35 at Fotodiox as of November 5, 2026, it sits at the low end of what the five stores listing it new charge.

Which cameras fit the Freeflight Moto MkII?
It is made for GoPro HERO cameras using a GoPro mounting frame. Phones and other action cams are not supported.
Is the battery removable?
Yes. It ships with a removable lithium-ion battery and a charger.
Is $35 a good price?
It is the lowest of the five stores listing it new as of November 5, 2026, so it is a strong price for this gimbal.
Can I use it in rain or underwater?
