Is the Lowell Slipcover sofa worth $3,799?

It is a large 96-inch linen sofa with a removable slipcover, so the price buys size and a casual look rather than tight tailoring. Compare it with other slipcovered sofas in the same width before deciding.

Can the slipcover be washed?

The cover is designed to come off, but linen should generally be washed cold and line dried or dry cleaned to avoid shrinkage. Check the care label before the first wash.

How big is it in a room?

It is 96 inches wide, so plan for roughly 8 feet of wall space plus clearance at each end. Measure doorways and hallways before delivery.

What is the frame made of?

The frame uses pine and plywood, a standard combination for upholstered sofas at this level. It is not a hardwood frame.

Does it come in other colors?

This listing is the blue and gray linen version with no pattern. Other Four Hands Lowell covers may exist, but availability varies by store.

Only one new price is tracked, $3,799 at Kathy Kuo Home as of November 7, 2026. Watch for seasonal furniture sales, since a single listing gives no history to time a drop.

Our take on the Four Hands Lowell Slipcover

The Four Hands Lowell Slipcover is a 96-inch sofa with a relaxed slipcovered look, upholstered in linen over a pine and plywood frame. Its wide, deep seat and soft blue-gray fabric suit living rooms where comfort and an easy, unfitted style matter more than crisp tailoring. The best new price is $3,799 at Kathy Kuo Home as of November 7, 2026, the only new listing tracked, so there is no recent range to compare it against.
