Is the Frisco 72-in Cat Tree stable without wall anchors?

It is tested for standalone stability, but at 72 inches a tall tree can sway when a cat jumps on it. The included wall anchors add security, especially in homes with large or energetic cats.

How many cats does it suit?

Frisco lists it for all sizes and multi-cat households. The single 9-by-9-inch condo is small, so most of the appeal is the height and scratching surfaces rather than enclosed space.

What is included in the box?

The tree ships with assembly tools and optional wall anchors. You supply nothing beyond a screwdriver if you prefer your own tools.

Is $96.59 a good price?

Only Chewy.com lists it new at $96.59 as of November 5, 2026, so there is no competing price to beat. For a 72-inch tree, that is a low entry price.

Does it come in other colors?

It is offered in black and blue. Both use the same faux fur cover and engineered wood frame.

How hard is assembly?

Assembly is required, and the included tools help. Plan for a short session, and anchor it to the wall if you have climbers.
