Our take on the Furmax Electric Power Lift Leathaire Recliner Chair with Massage

The Furmax Power Lift Recliner is a faux-leather lift chair with an electric motor that raises the seat to help you stand, plus a power recline and 8-point vibration massage with lumbar heating. It holds up to 320 lbs, has a high back and two USB ports, and comes in five colors including Yale Blue and Beige. Assembly is required but no tools are needed. The best new price is $249.99 at Walmart as of November 4, 2026, and only one store lists it new, so there is little price competition to shop around.

Questions and answers

Is the Furmax lift recliner worth it?
At $249.99 at Walmart as of November 4, 2026, it is one of the cheaper powered lift chairs you can buy. If you mainly need help standing and a basic massage, it covers that. Expect faux leather and vibration massage rather than premium upholstery or roller massage.
How far does it recline and lift?
The motor reclines the back and raises the whole seat to a near-standing angle to help you get out. It is a lift chair, not a stand-alone riser, so it stays in place and needs clearance behind for the recline.
Does the massage actually knead?
No. It uses 8 vibration points with lumbar heating, so it buzzes and warms rather than rolling or kneading like a shiatsu massager. Several owners note this.
What weight can it hold and who fits it?
The rated capacity is 320 lbs, which is generous for the price. The high back and lumbar support suit taller and older users; check the seat width if you are broad-shouldered.
How hard is assembly?
Assembly is required, but no tools are needed, and the back typically slides onto the base. Budget 20 to 30 minutes and a second person to lift the pieces.
When is it cheapest?
Only one store lists it new, at $249.99 at Walmart as of November 4, 2026, so there is little room to compare. Watch for holiday furniture sales, when lift chairs often drop.
Where is the Furmax Electric Power Lift Leathaire Recliner Chair with Massage cheapest?
At Walmart, for $249.99, as of our latest check.
What do buyers say about the Furmax Electric Power Lift Leathaire Recliner Chair with Massage?
Rated 4.1 out of 5 from 34 ratings.
