Is the Delgada sofa worth $809.99?

At $809.99 at In Home Furniture as of November 4, 2026, it is a fair price for a 91-inch fabric sofa. Compare the other three stores first, since a long sofa is costly to ship and local pickup can save money.

How big is it, and will it fit my room?

It is 91 inches long and 37 inches deep. Measure your wall and leave at least 30 inches of walking space in front, plus room to recline or stretch out.

What is the Delgada made of?

It is upholstered in a solid beige fabric with rolled arms. The listing does not name a performance or stain-resistant fabric, so treat it as standard upholstery.

Does it come with throw pillows or is assembly required?

Listings for this model do not detail included pillows or assembly steps. Ask the store before ordering, and plan for legs to be attached on delivery.

When is the best time to buy it?

Sofa prices at furniture stores tend to drop around major holiday sales and at end of season. Check the price history here before buying, since $809.99 may not be the floor.
