- Does the Niric bed need a box spring?
- No. It is a platform bed, so a mattress sits directly on the frame's support slats.
- What size mattress fits it?
- This version is queen size, so pair it with a standard queen mattress.
- How much storage does the footboard give?
- The footboard has built-in storage, enough for folded bedding and blankets. It is not a substitute for a full dresser.
- What is the best price for it?
- $1,354.04 at Target as of November 7, 2026. It is the only new price listed, so there is nothing cheaper to compare.
- What is the frame made of?
- A fabric-upholstered frame in gray over the platform structure.
- Is it hard to assemble?
- Expect a two-person job: platform beds with storage footboards arrive flat-packed and take an hour or more to put together.
- Where is the Furniture of America Niric Modern Fabric Upholstered Platform with Storage Footboard cheapest?
- At Target, for $1,354.04, as of our latest check.
