- Is the Runin bunk bed solid wood or particle board?
- It is listed as solid wood, which generally holds up better than the particle board used in many budget bunks. Check the listing for which parts are solid versus panel.
- Does it include mattresses?
- No. The price covers the bed frame and shelves only, so budget for two twin mattresses.
- What size mattresses fit?
- Two standard twin mattresses, one for each bunk. Twin-over-twin bunks usually take mattresses around 8 inches thick or less for safety on the top bunk.
- How much assembly is required?
- It ships flat and needs full assembly. A wood bunk of this size typically takes two people a few hours.
- Is $703.56 a good price?
- Only one store lists it new at $703.56 as of November 7, 2026, so there is no lower price to compare. Judge it against other solid wood twin bunks with storage, which often run in a similar range.
- Can the bunks be separated into two beds?
- Furniture of America does not present the Runin as a convertible bunk. Assume it is meant to stay stacked unless the listing says otherwise.
- Where is the Furniture of America Runin Solid Wood Twin with Shelves cheapest?
- At Walmart, for $703.56, as of our latest check.
