Our take on the Gaohapy 3in1 Convertible Sleeper Chair Bed with USB Charging Ports and Cup Holders

The Gaohapy 3-in-1 convertible sleeper chair is a single-seat upholstered chair that folds flat into a small bed, with a built-in USB charging port and cup holders in the arms. It has a metal frame rated to 380-400 lb, a 26-inch seat width, and an 18-inch seat height, and it ships unassembled at 69 lb. It suits small rooms, dorms and guest corners more than nightly sleeping. No current price was available to compare against its recent range.

Questions and answers

Is it comfortable enough to sleep on every night?
Most buyers treat it as an occasional guest bed. The sponge fill is firm and the sleeping surface is small and non-standard in size, so it is not a mattress replacement for nightly use.
What size sheets fit the bed position?
The bed is listed as non-standard size, so regular twin sheets will be loose. Plan on a throw, a fitted crib or cot sheet, or a custom cover.
How much assembly is required?
It ships unassembled and weighs 69 lb, so expect to attach the frame and legs yourself. Two people make it easier, and a hex key and screwdriver are usually enough.
Does it really hold 380 lb?
The listing gives both a 380 lb weight capacity and a 400 lb max load. Treat 380 lb as the working limit for both sitting and sleeping.
Can I charge a phone from the chair?
Yes. The arms include USB charging ports, so you can plug in a phone or tablet while seated. You still need your own cable and a power outlet nearby.
When is the best time to buy it?
No current price was available to compare against its recent range. Check the price history on this page before buying, and watch for seasonal furniture sales.
