The GARVEE 12V Electric Kids Bumper Car is a ride-on toy styled like a bumper car, with a 12-volt battery and a parent remote control. It comes in pink, red, blue and orange. The remote lets an adult steer and stop the car while a child rides, which suits younger drivers who can't handle the pedal and wheel alone. It is a budget-tier ride-on, so expect plastic bodywork and a simple suspension rather than the padded shells and rubber bumpers of arcade bumper cars.
Lowest price we've seen: $107.99 on Oct 31 at Lowe's. Tracked across 1 store since Oct 31.
Owner feedback on budget 12V bumper-car ride-ons is mixed. Parents like the remote control and the look, but common complaints are short run time, slow charging and steering that drifts out of alignment.
