Is the Garvee Garden Cart worth it?

For light yard work on flat ground at a low price, yes. If you regularly haul wet soil, stone or heavy loads, a cart rated well above 176 lb will last longer.

How much weight can it hold?

176 lb, with a 4 cu ft tub. That suits mulch, leaves and prunings, but a full load of wet soil will be over the limit.

Can it handle rough ground?

It rolls fine on grass and packed dirt. Small wheels bog down in mud, loose gravel and steep slopes.

Will the steel tub rust?

Bare or painted steel can rust if it sits out in rain. Store it under cover and dry the tub after hauling wet material.

What comes in the box?

Typically the tub, frame, four wheels and assembly hardware. Check the listing for the exact parts list before ordering.

Garden carts usually drop in price in early spring and around end-of-season clearance. Compare the current price against its price history before buying.

Our take on the Garvee Garden Cart 4-cu ft Steel Yard Cart

The Garvee Garden Cart is a four-wheel steel yard wagon with a 4 cu ft tub and a 176 lb load rating. It is built for hauling soil, mulch, weeds and tools around a yard, and the four wheels keep it stable on uneven ground. It is a low-cost alternative to poly garden carts and wheelbarrows, though 176 lb is modest for a steel cart this size. No current price was provided, so check the latest listing before buying.
