Question 1

Is the Garvee heated throw machine washable?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The listing says it is machine washable. Detach the cord and controller first, and wash on a gentle cycle, since faux fur can mat in a hot wash.

Question 2

What size is it?

Accepted Answer

It is a throw, sized for one person on a couch or chair, not a full bed blanket. The listing does not state exact dimensions, so check the size before buying if you want bed coverage.

Question 3

Does it have heat settings and a timer?

Accepted Answer

The listing does not state the number of heat settings or whether there is an auto-off timer. Ask the seller before buying if you need a timer for safety.

Question 4

Is $48.99 a good price?

Accepted Answer

It is a low price for a heated throw, and it is the only price shown across three stores as of November 7, 2026. Heated throws commonly run from about $40 to $100, so this sits near the bottom.

Question 5

Can I use it on a bed?

Accepted Answer

It is a throw, so it covers one person at most. For a full bed, a heated mattress pad or a larger electric blanket fits better.
