Is the Gauntlet Sterling loveseat good for two people who both want to recline?

Yes. Both outside seats recline with their own pull tab, and the middle seat stays fixed. The center console sits between them with two cup holders and storage.

Does it need to be plugged in?

No. It is a manual recliner, so it works anywhere without a power outlet. You recline by pulling the tab on each side.

Can I wash the cushion covers?

No. The cushions are attached and not removable, so spot clean the polyester upholstery. A slipcover is the practical option for full coverage.

How much room do I need behind it?

It is 39 in deep, and a manual recliner needs extra space behind the back to lean into. Leave several inches of clearance from the wall.

What are the seat dimensions?

The seat is 56 in wide, 22 in deep and 19 in high. Overall the loveseat is 67 in wide, 39 in deep and 39 in high.

Is $659 a good price?

Only one store, Ornate Home, lists it new at $659 as of November 6, 2026, so there is no recent range to judge against. Compare it with similar two-seat manual recliners with a console before deciding.
