Is the GDFSTUDIO Saffron 107 worth it?

At $998.70 at The Home Depot as of November 8, 2026, it is a lot of seating for the money. Whether it suits you depends on having a room wide enough for a 107.8-inch U shape.

It is 107.8 inches wide, so plan for roughly 9 feet of wall or floor space. The U shape also needs clearance in front for walking and reclining.

Can the pieces be rearranged?

Yes. It is a modular sofa, so the sections can be moved into a U, a straight run or an L. Check that the connectors hold firmly once you settle on a layout.

The seat and back are foam-filled. Expect a firmer, more supportive feel than down or feather cushions, with less sink-in softness.

It comes in beige. That is easy to match but shows spills and pet hair, so consider a fabric protector.

When is the best time to buy?

Only one store lists a new price, so discounts are likely tied to that store's sofa sales, such as holiday weekends. Watch the price history for a dip below $998.70.
