Is the 2000 W rating real continuous power?

It is a max peak rating, not RMS. Expect sustained output to be well below 2000 W, so judge it by how loud it actually plays in your room.

Does it support surround sound?

No. It is a two-speaker package, so it gives stereo sound, not a 5.1 or 7.1 surround field.

Not directly. It has Bluetooth but no Spotify Connect or AirPlay, so you stream from a device over Bluetooth.

The package is the two speakers plus a remote control. The built-in microphone is part of the system for karaoke or announcements.
