The George Oliver Bridgeview is a 70-inch mid-century modern sofa with square arms, a solid wood frame and faux leather upholstery over high-density foam cushions. It seats two comfortably and is rated for 750 lb, so it suits small living rooms and apartments more than family rooms. The latest best new price is $349.99 at Wayfair as of November 3, 2026, well below the $419.99 high since October 30 but above the $223.99 low hit on November 1.

Questions and answers

Is $349.99 a good price for this sofa?
It sits in the middle of its recent range: below the $419.99 high from October 30, 2026, but above the $223.99 low from November 1. If you are not in a hurry, waiting for a drop toward $250 is reasonable.
Is it real leather?
No. The upholstery is faux leather with a polyester blend backing, despite the 'Leather' in the product name. Expect a wipe-clean surface rather than the feel and aging of genuine leather.
How many people does it seat?
It is 70 inches wide, so two adults sit comfortably and three only if they are small. For a full three-seat couch, look at the larger size in the same line.
Does it come assembled?
No, it ships flat and needs assembly, but the required tools are included. Most owners report the legs and arms go on in under an hour.
Will it fit through a standard apartment door?
Yes. At 70 inches wide and 31.9 inches deep, it fits through standard 30-inch doorways once the legs are off, and the boxed parts are easier to move than a fully built sofa.
What is the weight limit?
750 lb total, which is generous for a sofa this size and supports two heavy adults without sagging in the frame.
Where is the George Oliver Bridgeview Leather Mid Century Modern Sofa cheapest?
