Is the GIMMYFIVE lift recliner good for seniors?

Yes. The power lift raises and tilts the seat to help you stand, and the remote controls lift, recline, massage and heat. The 330 lb frame and 24-inch-wide seat suit most adults.

How far does it recline?

It reclines to about 150 degrees and needs roughly 63 inches of length when fully open. Leave clearance behind the chair so the back does not hit a wall.

Does the massage actually knead?

No. It is an 8-point vibration massage with 5 modes and two strength levels, plus lumbar heat. It soothes but does not give a shiatsu-style kneading massage.

How hard is assembly?

The chair is designed to assemble in about 10 to 15 minutes without tools. The back and base slot together and the remote plugs in.

Is $299.07 a good price?

Walmart lists it at $299.07 as of November 5, 2026, and it is the only new price shown. Power lift recliners with massage and heat often cost more, so it is a low entry price for the feature set.

Will it fit in a small room or RV?

It is about 41 inches wide and 38 inches deep, so measure your space and the recline clearance first. It can work in an RV only if the floor is flat and a power outlet is nearby.
