Is a linen-cotton blend good for hot sleepers?

Yes. Linen and cotton are both breathable and wick moisture, so the blend sleeps cooler than polyester or brushed microfiber. It is a reasonable choice for warm rooms and summer.

Does this duvet cover come in King size?

The listed dimensions are L225 x W220 cm, which is a King size. Check the size label on the listing before ordering, since the size fields also mention Twin and Twin XL.

What is included with the duvet cover?

The duvet cover only. Pillowcases and a duvet insert are sold separately.

How should I wash a linen blend duvet cover?

Wash cold or lukewarm on a gentle cycle and tumble dry low or line dry. Hot water and high heat can shrink the linen and fade the print.

Is it worth the price over a cotton duvet cover?

If you want linen's texture and breathability, the blend is a fair middle ground between pure linen and cotton. If you want easy-care bedding, a plain cotton cover costs less and wrinkles less.

When is the best time to buy?

Piglet in Bed runs seasonal sales, and linen bedding is often discounted around Black Friday and end-of-season clearances. Compare the current price against its recent range before buying.

Our take on the Gingham Linen Blend Duvet Cover

This is a Piglet in Bed linen-cotton duvet cover in a Color Drenched Gingham print that pairs Cinnamon with Peach. The blend aims to give linen's relaxed texture and breathability with cotton's softness, and it is prewashed so it feels broken in from the start. Coconut shell buttons and inside corner ties keep the duvet in place. It is a premium-priced bedding piece rather than a budget cover.
