Our take on the GIVIMO Rechargeable Clip On Fan with LED Light

The GIVIMO Rechargeable Clip On Fan with LED Light is a small battery-powered fan that clips onto a desk edge, bed frame, or shelf and doubles as a light. It has three fan speeds and runs on a built-in rechargeable battery, so it needs no outlet while in use. It suits tight spaces like dorm desks, strollers, and camping tents. No current price or price history was provided, so check the live comparison before buying.

Best forDorm and small-desk users who need airflow without floor spaceCampers and tent sleepers who want fan and light in one unitParents clipping a fan to a stroller or crib frameAnyone wanting a backup fan during power outages
Pros
  • Clips on, so it takes no desk or floor space
  • Built-in rechargeable battery, no cord needed while running
  • Three speeds give a low setting for sleep and a high setting for heat
  • LED light adds night use without a second device
  • Light and easy to move between rooms or pack
Cons
  • Small blade size means airflow is local, not room-wide
  • Battery runtime drops fast on the top speed
  • Clip grip may not fit thick tables or padded headboards
  • Light output is basic, not enough to read by comfortably
  • Build quality is budget-tier; plastic clip is the weak point

Questions and answers

Is the GIVIMO clip fan worth it?
It is worth it if you need airflow in a small, fixed spot like a desk edge or bed frame and want a light built in. If you need to cool a whole room, a plug-in desk fan moves far more air for similar money.
How long does the battery last?
Expect several hours on the low speed and much less on high; small fans like this typically run roughly 3 to 6 hours per charge depending on speed. Charge it fully before a trip and bring a USB power bank for longer use.
How big is it and what will the clip fit?
It is a compact personal fan, small enough to sit on a nightstand, and the clip is designed for thin surfaces like desk edges and bed frames. Measure your tabletop or headboard thickness before buying, since thick or padded edges may not fit.
Can it run while plugged in?
Most rechargeable clip fans like this run from the charger while charging, so you can use it on a desk with a USB adapter. Check the listing for the charging port type before you buy a cable.
What comes in the box?
Typically the fan, a charging cable, and a manual. A wall adapter is usually not included, so plan on using a phone charger or USB port.
When is it cheapest?
Small rechargeable fans like this tend to drop around back-to-school season and during summer heat waves, and again in late-summer clearance. Set a price alert and compare across stores rather than buying at the first listing you see.
