Yes. Gladiator rates it for 0°F to 110°F, so it can run in an unheated garage in winter and a hot one in summer.
Do I need to defrost it?
No. It is frost-free, so it defrosts itself. That costs some energy versus a manual-defrost freezer.
How much does it cost to run?
It uses about 496 kWh per year and is ENERGY STAR certified. At a typical US rate of about 16 cents per kWh, that is roughly $80 a year.

It is 30.88 in wide, 72.25 in tall and 32.38 in deep. Measure your doorways and ceiling clearance before delivery.
Is it cheaper than a chest freezer?
Upright freezers usually cost more per cubic foot than chests. You pay for easier access and frost-free operation.
