Will these run off a power bank?

Yes. Any USB port works, including a power bank, laptop or car charger. Check the power bank's output and capacity to estimate runtime, since the listing does not state wattage.

Are they actually waterproof for camping?

They are listed as outdoor, but the listing gives no IP rating. Keep the USB plug and any power bank sheltered from rain, and treat the string as splash-resistant at best.

How many lights and how long is the string?

The listing does not state bulb count or cord length. Ask the seller before buying if you need to cover a specific tent or patio size.

Can I leave them on all night?

LEDs run cool and sip power, so overnight use is fine as long as the power source can last. A large power bank will outlast a small one by a wide margin.

Are they good for Halloween decorating?

Yes. The globe shape and soft light suit porch and window displays, and USB power means you can run them indoors without an outdoor outlet.

Our take on the Globe USB powered camping string lights

A string of globe-shaped LED lights powered over USB, sold for camping and outdoor use. The USB power source means no batteries and no wall outlet, so they can run from a power bank, laptop or car adapter. The globe style and Halloween tag point to decorative use as much as practical campsite lighting. No price or store data is available for this listing, so there is no recent price range to compare against.
