Does the single-serve side use K-Cups?

No. It brews ground coffee through a paper filter, so you scoop grounds rather than insert pods. That keeps running costs low but means no pod convenience.

How long does the thermal carafe keep coffee hot?

Gourmia rates heat retention at up to 4 hours. Expect it to stay drinkably warm for that window, not scalding.

What single-serve cup sizes can it brew?

Anywhere from 6 to 14 ounces. That covers a small cup up to a standard mug, but not a full 20 oz travel tumbler in one pass.

What filters does it take?

Standard paper filters, per the specs. Check the basket size on the box before buying a large pack of filters.

Is $59.99 a good price?

It is the only new price listed as of November 7, 2026, at Amazon, so there is no recent range to judge against. A dual brewer with a thermal carafe at that price is inexpensive for the category.

Does it have a programmable timer?

The listed specs do not mention a clock or programmable brew time. Plan on starting each brew by hand.

Our take on the Gourmia 12-Cup & Single Serve Coffee Maker with Thermal Carafe

The Gourmia GCM3282 is a 900-watt combination brewer: a 12-cup batch side with a thermal carafe and a single-serve side for 6 to 14 oz cups. The thermal carafe is rated to hold heat up to 4 hours without a hot plate, and the single-serve side takes ground coffee on a paper filter rather than pods. At $59.99 at Amazon as of November 7, 2026, it is the only new price listed, so there is no recent range to compare against.
