Is the Greenworks 40V brushless blower worth it over the brushed version?

Yes, if you want longer motor life and a bit more efficiency. The brushless motor runs cooler and lasts longer than Greenworks' brushed 40V blowers, and this kit adds vacuum and mulching.

How long does the battery last?

About 30 minutes on the included 5.0 Ah battery, less on turbo. A full recharge takes about 150 minutes.

Does it really mulch leaves?

Yes. In vacuum mode it shreds leaves at a 12:1 ratio, so a bag of leaves becomes roughly a twelfth of its volume. Dry leaves mulch best; wet leaves clog the tube.

Can I use my other Greenworks 40V batteries?

Yes. It runs on any Greenworks 40V lithium-ion pack, so existing 40V owners can skip the kit and buy the tool-only version.

The blower, a 5.0 Ah 40V battery, a charger and the vacuum/mulch kit with collection bag.
