Questions and answers

Is this a full kit or just shells?
It is a shell pack: bass drum, mounted tom, floor tom and snare. Stands, a bass drum pedal and cymbals are not included.
What kind of music is the Catalina Club suited to?
It is built around jazz and bop sizes, so it suits jazz, acoustic and small-group gigs best. For loud rock, expect less low-end from the small bass drum.
How does it compare with the Catalina Maple?
The Maple version uses maple shells, which project more and cost more. This mahogany kit is warmer and softer, and this $749.99 price at Micheo Music as of November 7, 2026 is well below typical maple pricing.
Is $749.99 a good price?
It is the lowest of the three new listings and sits at the low end of the kit's recent range, so it is a strong price for the pack.
What sizes are the drums?
The Catalina Club jazz configuration pairs a small bass drum with a mounted tom, floor tom and matching snare. Check the listing for the exact diameters before ordering.

Yes. This 4-piece pack includes a matching snare drum with die-cast hoops.
