Is this rug worth $38.99?

At $38.99 at Home Depot as of November 8, 2026, it is a low-cost seasonal accent. If you want a plush or long-lasting rug, spend more; for a few weeks of holiday decor it is reasonable.

What size is the rug?

It measures 36 inches long by 24 inches wide, a small rectangle suited to doorways, hearths and display corners.

Can it go in a doorway?

Yes. The 0.28 inch pile is low enough that most doors clear it, though a thin pad helps keep it from sliding.

Is it machine washable?

The listing does not state washing instructions. Spot clean and vacuum gently, and follow the care label if one is included.

Only one store lists it new, so there is little price competition. Watch for post-holiday clearance, when seasonal decor usually drops.

The rug itself. A rug pad is not included and is worth adding on hard floors.
