Is 400 lumens bright enough?

Only for a dark room. In a lit room or with daylight coming in, the image will look washed out. Plan on curtains or evening viewing.

Does it really project 4K?

No. The panel is native 1080p and it accepts 4K input, downscaling it. HDR10 is supported but limited by the low brightness.

How big an image can I get?

With a 1.2:1 to 1.5:1 throw ratio, roughly a 100-inch image needs about 8.7 to 11 feet of distance. Keep the room dark at that size.

Do I need a streaming stick?

No. Google TV is built in, with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. You sign in to your apps directly on the projector.

Can I connect a console?

Yes, through the single HDMI port. Input lag is not specified, so serious competitive gaming is a gamble.

Our take on the Happrun Google TV Smart Projector Native 1080P

The Happrun Google TV Smart Projector is a portable LED LCD projector that accepts 4K input but displays a native 1080p image. It runs Google TV on its own, so you stream without a stick, and it supports HDR10, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. At 400 ISO lumens it is dim, so it suits dark rooms rather than daytime or large-venue use.
