Is the glass really oven safe to 600 degrees?

The set is listed as oven safe up to 600 degrees. Avoid sudden temperature changes, such as freezer to hot oven, which can crack any glass.

Are the lids leakproof?

The lids are airtight with removable silicone seals. They seal well when fitted correctly, but check the seal is seated before carrying liquids.

Can these go from freezer to microwave?

Yes, the containers are freezer and microwave safe. Thaw or vent the lid before microwaving so steam can escape.

What is included in the 16 pieces?

The set mixes round, square and rectangular containers with matching lids, 16 pieces in total. Exact container and lid counts are not broken out in the listing.

Are the containers free of BPA and lead?

Yes. The set is BPA free, phthalate free, and lead and cadmium free.

When is the best time to buy?

Glass storage sets usually drop during back-to-school and January organization sales. Ask our agent to watch the price history for a dip.

Our take on the Healthy Living 16-Piece Glass Storage Set

A 16-piece borosilicate glass food storage set with ribbed containers in square, rectangular and round shapes, plus lids with removable silicone seals. The glass is oven safe to 600 degrees and goes in the microwave, freezer and dishwasher. It is BPA, phthalate, lead and cadmium free. With only 10 ratings averaging 3.5 out of 5, buyer feedback is thin and mixed, so weigh the lid seals carefully before buying.
