Is the Hisense S7 CanvasTV worth it?

Yes if you want a TV that looks like framed art on the wall and also games at 144Hz. If deep black levels matter most, a mini-LED set at the same price will beat it.

How does it compare with Samsung's Frame TV?

It matches the art-display idea with a matte QLED panel and usually costs less. Samsung's Frame tends to have better contrast and a stronger art store, while the Hisense adds 144Hz gaming.

Does it support 144Hz gaming?

Yes. It runs 4K at up to 144Hz, which suits PCs and current consoles. Check that your HDMI cable and source device support the higher refresh rate.

You get the TV, a stand, a remote, and a power cable. A wall mount for the flush art look is typically sold separately, so confirm before buying.

Art Mode itself is built in, but the curated art library usually needs a subscription. You can display your own photos without one.

The lowest price seen so far is $1,397.99 on October 29, 2026. Watch for Black Friday and Super Bowl sales, when Hisense TVs usually drop.

Our take on the Hisense Class S7 4K QLED Smart CanvasTV Google TV

The Hisense S7 CanvasTV is a 4K QLED Google TV built to double as wall art: a matte, anti-glare panel, an Art Mode, and a slim 1.4-inch profile without the stand. It covers the gaming side too, with a 144Hz refresh rate at 4K, four HDMI ports, and HDMI CEC. Its only recorded price is $1,397.99 at the tracked low on October 29, 2026, so there is no cheaper day in its history to wait for yet.
