Is the Hmhnsya road running shoe worth it?

At a budget price it can work for light jogging and walking, but there is almost no owner feedback and no stated specs. Serious runners should look at established brands.

How do I pick the right size?

Measure your foot length in inches and add 0.2 to 0.39 inch for the insole length, then match it to the chart. The listed size 5.5 corresponds to a label 37 and a foot length of about 8.86 to 9.06 inches.

Is it good for long-distance running?

No specs on cushioning, drop or weight are given, so it is best treated as a casual or short-run shoe. Marathon training would be a stretch.

The listing describes only the pair of shoes. No extra laces, insoles or other accessories are mentioned.

No price or price history was provided, so there is no way to say when it is cheapest. Check the price history on the product page before buying.
