Our take on the Home Collection Cotton Towels 6 Piece Set

The Home Collection Cotton Towels 6 Piece Set is a 100% combed Turkish cotton towel set with a 620 GSM weight, dobby striping and a decorative dobby border. It includes washcloths, hand towels and bath towels, with bath towels measuring 30 by 54 inches, and it carries OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 certification. The heavy 620 GSM looped-yarn construction is the main selling point: it should feel plush and absorbent rather than quick-drying. No current price was provided, so check the live comparison before buying.

Questions and answers

Is 620 GSM good for bath towels?
Yes. 620 GSM is on the heavy end for bath towels, which means a plush, absorbent feel. The trade-off is slower drying, so hang them with space to air out.
How big are the bath towels in this set?
The bath towels are 30 by 54 inches, a standard bath size that suits most adults. The set also includes hand towels and washcloths.
Are these towels OEKO-TEX certified?
Yes. The set carries OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 certification, meaning it was tested for harmful substances. That matters most for washcloths used on faces and by children.
How should I wash these Turkish cotton towels?
Machine wash them, ideally in warm water with a mild detergent and no fabric softener, which coats loops and reduces absorbency. Tumble dry low and avoid washing with hooks or zippers that snag the loops.
Is this set worth it compared with lighter towels?
It depends on your priority. If you want a soft, heavy hotel-style towel, the 620 GSM combed Turkish cotton is a strong choice. If you want fast-drying towels for a humid bathroom or gym bag, a lighter GSM set will serve you better.
When is the best time to buy this towel set?
White sales in January and seasonal home-goods promotions are the usual times towel sets drop in price. Check the price history on this page to see whether the current price is below the recent range.
