- Do I need a box spring with this bed?
- No. It is a platform bed, so a mattress sits directly on the slats or support deck. That also keeps the mattress lower, which matters for a thick king mattress.
- How much storage does it hold?
- The built-in storage runs under the platform. Capacity depends on the internal depth, so measure the space before counting on it for bulky items like comforters.
- Is the upholstery real leather?
- The listing describes the material as leather, but at this price it is likely a leather-look or bonded material. Wipe it with a damp cloth rather than using leather conditioners until you confirm the label.
- Is $296.77 a good price?
- It is the only new price found, at Walmart as of November 7, 2026. With one seller there is no range to judge against, so compare it with other king upholstered storage beds before deciding.
- How hard is assembly?
- Platform beds with storage typically ship flat and take an hour or two with two people. The headboard and storage frame are the heavy parts, so build it in the room where it will stay.
- Where is the Home Design Greeley Full Tufted Upholstered Storage Platform Bed - Dark Beige (King) cheapest?
- At Walmart, for $296.77, as of our latest check.
