Is this percolator worth it?

At $37.66 at eBay as of November 6, 2026, it is a low-cost way to brew 12 cups at once. It suits big batches and gatherings more than single-cup drinkers.

How does percolator coffee compare to drip?

Percolators cycle hot coffee through the grounds repeatedly, so the result is stronger and can taste harsher. Use a coarse grind and pull the basket soon after brewing for a cleaner cup.

Can I put it in the dishwasher?

No. The pot and filter basket are hand wash only.

How many cups does it actually make?

It is rated at 12 cups, which in percolator terms means 12 small cups of about 5 ounces, not 12 standard mugs.

Does it keep coffee warm after brewing?

Yes. It has a keep-warm function, and the red indicator light shows when brewing has finished.

What comes in the box?

The percolator with its detachable cord and removable stainless steel filter basket. The listing does not name other accessories.
