Questions and answers

Is the Super Mink Throw really King size?
No. Despite the King label, it measures 50 inches wide by 60 inches long, which is a standard throw size. It covers one adult comfortably, not a king bed.
Can it go in the washing machine?
Yes, it is machine washable. Wash cold on a gentle cycle and tumble dry low to limit shedding and matting of the faux fur.
Is it actually weighted?
It is listed as weighted at about 5 lb. That is light compared with dedicated weighted blankets, so expect a cozy heft rather than deep pressure.
What is it made of?
It is a knitted synthetic throw with faux mink on one side and sherpa on the other. The listing also mentions wool, so check the label if you have wool sensitivities.
When is the best time to buy it?
Fall and winter are peak season for throws, so discounts are common around Black Friday and holiday sales. The current $22.99 at Wayfair as of November 5, 2026 is already near the low end.
Where is the Home Soft Things Super Mink Throw Blanket cheapest?
