Is the Homelegance Fairway a sectional or a sofa?

It is listed as a sectional-style sofa: one 84-inch piece with three seats and dual power recline, not a modular set.

Does it need to be plugged in?

Yes. The power recline runs on electricity, so both reclining seats need to be within reach of an outlet.

The listing gives a 900 lb maximum weight capacity for the sofa.

No. It is faux leather in taupe, which is easier to wipe clean but less breathable than real leather.

It is the best new price among the three stores listing it as of November 6, 2026. Watch for seasonal furniture sales, when power sofas often drop.

84 inches long, 41 inches deep, 23-inch seat depth, 20-inch seat height and a 21.5-inch back height.
