Is the HP OfficeJet Pro 9135e worth it for a small office?

Yes, if you print and scan documents regularly. The 500-sheet capacity, document feeder and duplex printing cut down on refills and manual work. Check the current price against its recent range first.

How does it compare with the 9125e?

The 9135e adds a second paper tray, giving 500 sheets instead of 250. Both share the same print, scan, copy and fax functions and similar speeds. Choose the 9135e if you want fewer paper refills.

How much does it cost to run?

It uses four individual ink cartridges, so you replace only the color that runs low. Color documents cost more per page than mono. High-yield cartridges lower the cost per page if you print a lot.

Does it print double-sided automatically?

Yes. Auto duplex printing is built in, so it prints on both sides without you flipping the paper. That saves paper on long documents.

What comes in the box?

The printer, setup ink cartridges, a power cord and a setup guide. A USB cable is usually not included. Check the listing for the exact bundle before ordering.

When is the best time to buy it?

Printer prices drop during back-to-school and holiday sales and when a newer model launches. Compare the current price with its recent range before buying.
