Is the Huffy Spidey ride-in car worth it?

It is a reasonable pick for a Spidey-obsessed 3-to-5-year-old who needs a first powered car with a parent remote. The 2.5 mph cap keeps it tame, so older or bolder kids will want something faster.

How fast does it go and how long does the battery last?

Top speed is 2.5 mph. Huffy does not list a run time per charge, so expect shorter sessions on grass or hills and longer ones on smooth pavement.

What age and weight is it for?

Huffy rates it for ages 3 to 5 and riders up to 65 lb. Check both limits, since a tall 5-year-old may fit the weight but outgrow the seat.

Does it come with a remote and charger?

Yes. The box includes the 12V rechargeable battery, its charger and a parent remote control. The remote lets an adult steer and stop during play.

Where can it be driven?

The plastic wheels work best on flat, smooth surfaces like driveways, sidewalks and short grass. Rough gravel and steep slopes will slow it and drain the battery faster.
