Our take on the Huntington Cinder Double Shaker Wall Cabinet

The Huntington Cinder Double Shaker Wall Cabinet is a 21-inch-wide, 30-inch-tall, 12-inch-deep wall cabinet with two shaker doors in a cinder (dark gray) finish. Shaker styling and a painted gray tone suit kitchens, laundry rooms and mudrooms that want a simple, modern look. It is a single cabinet, so buyers usually pair it with other Huntington pieces to build a full run. No current price was provided, so check the latest store comparison for where it stands.

Questions and answers

Is the Huntington Cinder Double Shaker wall cabinet worth it?
It depends on price and whether the 21-inch width fits your layout. Shaker doors and a painted gray finish are a durable, popular combination, but compare the price against similar 21-inch wall cabinets before buying.
What are the exact dimensions?
It is 21 inches wide, 30 inches tall and 12 inches deep. That is a standard wall-cabinet depth, so it sits flush with most upper cabinets.
Does it come assembled?
Huntington cabinets are typically sold assembled, but confirm with the store before ordering. If it ships flat, factor in assembly time.
Can I paint it a different color?
The cinder finish is a factory paint, so recoating means sanding and priming first. Painting is possible but will not match the factory finish exactly.
What is in the box?
Expect the cabinet box with two shaker doors and hardware for the doors. Mounting screws and filler strips are usually not included.
When is the best time to buy?
Cabinet prices move with sales events, often around holidays and remodeling-season promotions. Check the price history on this page to see whether the current price is near its low.
