Is the Husky 290-piece set worth it for a home garage?

How does it compare with the Husky 222-piece set?

What is included in the box?

Ratchets in 1/4, 3/8 and 1/2 in. drive, standard and deep sockets, combination wrenches, bit sockets, a socket adapter and an extension, in foam trays.
