Our take on the Impecca Bagged Canister Vacuum Cleaner with 6 Tools & 15 Bags

The Impecca bagged canister vacuum is a corded 1000W cleaner with a five-stage filtration system, a 16.4 ft cord and a 6.56 ft hose. It weighs 8 lbs and ships with six tools and 15 bags, so you get a long run of bag changes up front. Its compact body (about 13.3 in wide, 7.8 in tall) suits closets and small apartments. It is a budget-tier canister rather than a sealed HEPA machine, so check the current price against its usual range before buying.

Buyers who prefer bags over emptying a bin
Apartments and closets with limited storage
Anyone who wants a full tool kit included
Pros
  • Six tools and 15 bags included
  • Light at 8 lbs for a canister
  • Five-stage filtration traps more dust than a basic single filter
  • Long 16.4 ft cord plus 6.56 ft hose
  • Compact footprint for tight storage
Cons
  • 80 dB is loud for a home vacuum
  • 1000W motor draws heavily and is banned in the EU for good reason
  • Bagged design means recurring bag costs after the 15 run out
  • No HEPA rating stated, so poor fit for allergy-sensitive homes
  • Metal-and-plastic build is basic; expect short hose and wand life

Questions and answers

Is this vacuum good for carpets?
Yes, it is listed for carpet, and 1000W gives strong initial suction on rugs. Deep-pile carpet may need a couple of passes, and suction falls off as the bag fills.
How often do I need to change the bags?
Plan on a bag change roughly every one to three months in a normal home, sooner with pets or heavy use. Fifteen bags are included, which covers well over a year for most people.
Is it quiet enough for an apartment?
No. It is rated at 80 dB, which is loud enough to bother neighbors through thin walls. Run it at reasonable hours.
What comes in the box?
The canister, hose and wand, six cleaning tools and 15 bags. Check that the floor nozzle suits your carpet type before first use.
Is it good for allergy sufferers?
The five-stage filtration helps, but no HEPA rating is stated. If dust and pollen are a real problem, a sealed HEPA canister is the safer choice.
When is the best time to buy it?
Budget canisters like this see the deepest discounts during Black Friday and spring cleaning sales. Compare the current price with its recent low before buying.
