Is the ALYCLIP hot tub mat worth it?

If your inflatable tub sits on concrete or a deck, the pad is a cheap way to protect the tub floor from grit and scratches. It is thin, so it will not fix an uneven or sharp surface on its own.

Will it fit my hot tub?

The mat is 77.2 inches long and made of detachable pieces, so you can arrange it for most 2-6 person round and square inflatable tubs. Check your tub's footprint against that length before buying.

Does it actually reduce heat loss?

The 1/5-inch EVA foam adds a small insulating layer between the tub and the ground. Expect a modest effect; most heat loss from an inflatable tub comes through the cover and walls.

Can I cut it to size?

Yes. The pieces separate without scissors, and you can trim or rearrange them to match your tub's shape. Leave a little overhang so the tub base sits fully on foam.

How do I clean and store it?

Rinse with water, let it dry fully in the open air, then take the pieces apart and stack them. Storing it wet can trap moisture and odor in the foam.
