Questions and answers

How is this different from the single-basket Vortex Plus?
It adds a second independent basket and a sync-finish mode, so two foods can cook at different settings and end together. The single-basket model has one larger drawer instead.
Can the two baskets cook at different temperatures?
Yes. Each basket has its own time and temperature up to 401°F, and you can sync them to finish at the same moment.
How much food fits in each basket?
The two baskets total 2 gallons, so each holds roughly 1 gallon. That suits a main and a side for a family of three or four.
Does it need a special outlet?
It draws 1,700 watts, so it should run on a standard 15-amp kitchen circuit on its own. Avoid sharing that circuit with a kettle or microwave.
What comes in the box?
The air fryer, two nonstick baskets with crisper trays, and a quick-start guide. No extra accessories are included.
When is it cheapest?
Dual-basket air fryers usually drop around Black Friday and holiday sales. The current best new price is $189.99 at The Home Depot as of November 6, 2026.
Where is the Instant Vortex Plus Dual Basket Air Fryer cheapest?
At The Home Depot, for $189.99, as of our latest check.
Where can I buy the Instant Vortex Plus Dual Basket Air Fryer?
2 stores we checked sell it, including mercari.com, The Home Depot.
