Questions and answers

Are these sleeves legal in USPA competition?
Yes. The 20 cm length is listed as USPA-approved, so they can be worn in USPA meets.
Should I size up or down?
Size for a tight but wearable fit. If you are between sizes or want less compression, go up; a loose sleeve will slide and give less support.
How do I wash them?
Hand wash in cold water with mild soap, then air dry. Do not machine wash or tumble dry.
Are they sold as a pair?
They are sold as elbow sleeves for lifters; check the listing quantity before ordering if you need both arms covered.
Is $15.00 a good price?
It is the best new price found, at eBay as of November 4, 2026, and sits at the low end for neoprene elbow sleeves. Only two stores list it new, so availability may change.
