Is the iScooter 500W worth it?

For short pavement commutes at a low price, yes. If you need real 20-mile range or certified safety, spend more on a branded scooter.

How fast does it really go?

The spec claims 21 mph. Expect closer to 15-18 mph with an adult rider, and less uphill or with a low battery.

What is the real range?

The 21-mile figure assumes a light rider on flat ground at low speed. Most adults will see roughly 10-14 miles per charge.

How long does it take to charge?

About 5 hours with the included 1A charger. There is no fast-charge option.

Is it safe for a 14-year-old?

The minimum recommended age is 14, but the scooter has no NRTL certification. A helmet and adult supervision are sensible.

Budget scooters like this usually drop during back-to-school and Black Friday sales. Check the price history before buying.
