Our take on the Itsun Boots for Women Heels

Tuobarr's knee-high boots are a budget winter style in black or brown imitation leather with a rubber sole and a 3 cm (1.18 in) heel. The listing calls them flat-heel, but a 3 cm heel is a low block, not flat. Sizing runs on Chinese labels, so check the foot-length chart before ordering: a Chinese 36 is listed as US 5.5 with a 23 cm foot. No current price was provided, so there is no price history to compare against.
