Questions and answers

Is ozone safe to breathe?
No. Health agencies advise against breathing ozone, so run it in an empty room and ventilate before people or pets return.
Does it filter dust and pollen?
No. It has no HEPA filter; the ceramic plate only helps produce ozone, so it targets odors rather than particles.
How often do I replace the filter?
You don't. The ceramic plate is permanent and washable, so there are no filter costs.
How large a space does it really handle?
The 3,500 sq. ft. rating assumes open space; owners report better results in closed rooms and basements.
Is $159.99 a good price?
It is the best new price among the three stores listing it as of November 6, 2026, so it is a fair current price.
Can I leave it running all day?
Use the timer and run it while the room is empty, then air the room out before reoccupying it.
