Does the Slice Buster actually fix a slice?

It shows your swing path, so it helps you see and correct an out-to-in move. It does not measure clubface angle, so pair it with video or a launch monitor for the full picture.

Can left-handed golfers use it?

Yes. Izzo lists it for right- and left-handed players, and the guide is printed to work from either side.

It is 3' x 5', which gives room to stand and swing while hitting into a net.

Can I use it outdoors?

Izzo lists indoor and outdoor use, but the visual guide is the point, so it works best on a flat indoor floor.

Is $199.99 a good price?

It is the best new price found as of November 8, 2026, but it sits at the top of the mat's recent range. Waiting for a drop is reasonable.

Our take on the Izzo Golf Slice Buster Hitting Mat

The Izzo Golf Slice Buster is a 3' x 5' indoor hitting mat with a printed visual guide that shows your swing path, aimed at golfers fighting a slice. It measures swing path rather than speed or distance, so it is a practice aid, not a launch monitor. It suits both right- and left-handed players and has a rubber-like backing for durability. At $199.99 at Walmart as of November 8, 2026, it sits at the top of its recent range, so it is not a bargain price right now.
