The Janvonne Fluffy Shag Area Rug is a 4x6 synthetic shag rug in burgundy red with a non-slip backing, reinforced edges and a stain-resistant finish. It is aimed at kids' rooms, nurseries and entryways, where a plush surface and a grippy base matter more than dense pile. The geometric pattern is subtle enough for modern or boho rooms. With 28 ratings averaging 4.2 out of 5, owners mostly describe the rug as soft and true to color, and the non-slip backing holds up on hard floors. Complaints center on wrinkles and odor right out of the package and on the pile flattening in high-traffic spots.
Janvonne is committed to bringing you high-quality home decor that combines style, comfort, and durability. This soft fluffy shag area rug adds a cozy touch to any space—perfect for bedrooms, living rooms, kids' rooms, playrooms, and home offices. Crafted from premium materials, it offers a plush feel underfoot while the non-slip backing keeps it securely in place on hardwood, tile, or laminate floors. Reinforced edges resist fraying for long-lasting use. The versatile design complements a variety of decor styles, from modern to boho. It helps define cozy zones, protects floors, and absorbs footstep noise for a quieter home. Stain-resistant and fade-proof, this rug is easy to maintain—just vacuum or wipe with a damp cloth. For deeper cleaning, hand wash or professional dry cleaning is recommended. Whether for everyday use or as a thoughtful gift for birthdays, Christmas, or Mother's Day, this fluffy shag area rug offers the perfect blend of style, comfort, and lasting quality. If the product has an odor upon opening, this is due to warehouse storage. Allow the rug to air out for a period of time. Because the product is shipped under vacuum compression, slight wrinkles may appear when first unfolded. After laying the rug flat for 2 to 3 days, the surface will return to its normal appearance. This fluffy shag area rug is suitable for a functional floor covering that combines softness with practical upkeep.
