Is the Jasion YR16 worth $399.99?

At $399.99 you get dual suspension, a 600Wh removable battery and a 2000W peak motor, which is a lot for the money. Expect budget-tier components and a heavy steel frame rather than the fit and finish of a $1,000 bike.

How fast does it go and how far on a charge?

Top speed is 22 MPH. The 55-mile range figure assumes low assist and light pedaling; at higher speeds and throttle use, expect meaningfully less.

Who fits on the YR16?

Jasion rates it for riders 4'7" to 5'5". Taller riders will feel cramped, and the 16-inch wheels and short wheelbase make it feel small.

How does it compare with the Jasion YR20?

The YR20 is the larger sibling with bigger wheels and a frame for taller riders. The YR16 is the compact, cheaper option aimed at shorter riders and tighter storage.

Can I remove the battery to charge it?

Yes. The 48V 12.5Ah battery is removable, so you can charge it indoors or at a desk without bringing the whole bike inside.

What comes in the box?

Typically the bike, the battery, a charger and basic assembly tools. Budget for a helmet, a lock and possibly a tune-up at a local shop after assembly.
