Is Le Male Elixir Absolu worth the price?

If you want a long-lasting, sweet evening scent and already like Le Male, yes. At $159 at Distritech as of November 3 it costs more than the standard Le Male, so sample first if you are unsure about the sweetness.

How is it different from original Le Male?

Original Le Male leans on mint, lavender and vanilla. Elixir Absolu adds plum and a heavier tonka base at parfum strength, so it is sweeter, denser and longer-lasting.

How long does it last?

It is a Parfum Intense, so expect several hours on skin and longer on clothing. Two to three sprays is usually enough.

Is it good for summer or daytime?

No. It is built for fall, winter and cool evenings. In heat the plum and tonka turn cloying.
