Is the Katrina flip flop true to size?

It is a standard medium-width slip-on, and most buyers take their usual size. If you are between sizes or have a wide foot, size up.

Is the sole leather or rubber?

The outsole is leather; the upper and lining are genuine leather too. That makes it dressier than a rubber flip flop but less grippy when wet.

No. It is a flat sandal with cushioning only, so it suits short wear rather than all-day walking.
